MeatGrader

MeatGrader is our reference farm in the Alentejo, Portugal — a working cattle operation built to demonstrate exactly what the MeatGrader system measures. We raise Mertolenga and Alentejana cattle on dryland pasture and finish each animal with a 90+ day grain ration in the cooler months. Every animal here carries a full MeatGrader Quality Passport — photographed on the rail, graded against the universal MeatGrader scale, and translated to the buyer's local reference (USDA, MAPA, AUS-MEAT, JMGA). What our buyers see in the app is exactly what our cutters see in the chamber.
